Body Transformation

This fitness session is designed to provide you with a comprehensive range of exercises that promote preventive health and help you improve your lifestyle or maintain your well-being. The exercises will focus on issues such as blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, and heart disease. The class will motivate you to move by incorporating bits and pieces of line dancing & Zumba, balance, strength training, and deep breathing techniques that will help you release the stress from your busy day. With consistent practice, you will see your body transform and your mind renewed.

This session is suitable for students and adults of all ages. In some of the sessions, we will be using equipment such as resistance bands, weights, and yoga balls to intensify the workout and help you achieve your fitness goals.
