
Leading with Authenticity and Clarity

Leading with Authenticity and Clarity will be held Friday, October 3, 2025, 1:00–2:00 p.m. in the Lipman Auditorium, Massey LTC on the Parham Road Campus.
Session description:
Own your leadership identity and presence. Learn how your tone, behavior, and everyday choices shape trust and results. Build crisp, credible communication: give feedback that lands, navigate challenging conversations with confidence, and redirect negativity to reinforce a healthy culture. Strengthen emotional intelligence to read organizational dynamics, lead with curiosity and continuous growth, and intentionally balance personal and professional well-being.
