Leadership Challenge Workshop - Navigating Conflict

In this workshop, participants will take the Thomas-Kilmann Instrument (TKI) to recognize their preferred mode of handling conflicts. They will identify five modes of handling conflict and understand how their preferred mode impacts groups and relationships. Participants will leave this workshop better equipped to assess conflict situations and deploy strategies to address conflict.
